Rider Duties and Responsibilities

• Make sure you have with you your Driving License, OR and CR and other personal IDs.
• Always check your vehicle before the start of duty. Tires, oil, brakes, gasoline etc to avoid breakdown...
• Always wear your full-head helmet and other safety gears.
• Never use your cellphone while driving.
• Observe speed limit.
• Turn headlights on when necessary.
• Tips are yours.
• In cases when customers want to pay Cash, deposit it immediately.
• Note, do not give any receipt to the customer.
• To get the products from the grocery shopper, review properly before and after delivery, Check befire handover - names, addresses and other important details.
• Receive properly and load, transport and deliver to customers in good condition.
• Plan your route to avoid traffic, know the shortcuts etc
• Have a strong work ethic. Always say thank you and do not argue with the customer.
• Always practice safe driving practices. Be a defensive driver and always follow traffic rules.
• Promote Pandeli, TheOnlineMall, and Ondago to social medias such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr.
• Prepare Reports at the end of the day all documents and transactions i.e. customer, area, mileage (start of duty to end of duty), kilometers, time, amount, fuel consumption
• Communicate to supervisor if there's problem in your delivery i.e. items, cannot locate address, accidents, wrong orders, mixed orders, or anything small or great problems.
• Always have a positive mindset and be proactive to always check before and after deliveries.
• Communicate to supervisor the positive reports accomplished within the day.
