What is Ondago?
Ondago is a grocery and other non-food delivery service. We also accept bills payments.
Due to Covid19 incidence, we are all locked up in the comfort of our home. It’s good for those who have savings that they have spare cash to spend until the crisis is lifted up. But the reality is continually pressing us each day of our rent, utility, internet bills, and food expenses. The question is how long can we sustain each day? If we have this network that connects for those who want to sell something like food, in order to earn something. But how about for those who have motorbikes and they want to earn something at least delivery within the confinement of their barangays does it it will be better to earn at least than nothing.
What does this network do?
It is to connect sellers to buyers and to connect sellers to riders for the delivery of products.
How can the seller and buyer receive their payment?
It will be deposited to their Bank accounts, Paymaya or Gcash.
How can I join the network?
There are separate registration forms for sellers, grocery shoppers and riders and each application is vital to fulfilling our service to our clients/customers.
Who are the Customers?
Customers can be any buyers within the confinement of your barangays who want to buy products like food, grocery items or medicines and have it delivered to them.
Is it possible to get orders from one barangay and delivered it to another barangay?
Yes and no. Yes at the beginning of our efforts since riders are not yet available for each barangays yes. But no if riders start to increase and be made available for each barangays, we can assign riders and sellers for each barangays.
How can customer order? Can they order inter barangays?
Yes and no. Yes at the beginning of our efforts since sellers and riders are not enough in each barangay we distribute them. But no when there are enough sellers and riders for each barangay. The customers can now look through Facebook Ondago and its place, click which barangay and the available products within barangay or city. Please take note that this is a community effort which means you (riders/sellers) participate to make a successful network within the city.
How will I earn as a rider?
You earn by commission for the number of deliveries you accomplished each day. For each delivery you earn Php60.00 for every 5 kilometers you deliver and additional Php15.00 for every succeeding kilometers.
How will I earn as a shopper?
You earn by commission of 5% per receipt you have completed in a day, meaning check-out, paid, and hand-over to riders all transactions without set-back, computed each day.
How will I get my commission?
You will get your commission every week to compute your commission, minus deductions due to errors and social deductions such SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig on voluntary basis, we'll be the one to remit it on your behalf as our free service to you.
Why we are deducted since we earn by commission only?
It is mandatory responsibility of the employer to deduct social benefits from employees that just in case something happened to you, you are safe.
What are the requirements that we need to submit as a rider?
You need to submit the following in pdf form: DISC result, Driver's license, OR, CR, picture of your motorcycle and helmet, Birth certificate, TIN No., SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Police Clearance or NBI Clearance, fill-up file 201 google form, and must have any of the two, Paymaya or Gcash.
What are the requirements that we need to submit as a shopper?
You need to submit the following in pdf form: DISC result, Birth certificate, TIN No., SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Police Clearance or NBI Clearance, also fill-up file 201 google form, any of the two, Paymaya or Gcash.
What is our payment gateway?
If you have BPI, BDO, Paymaya or GCash these are our payment gateways for you to get your commissions.
Is there an Orientation or Training?
Yes. On your mobile just download Zoom App with your full name, e-mail, username and password you're up already to be scheduled for orientation and training.
What are the tasks that we expected to do?
Riders and Shoppers have different roles to fulfill. These will be discussed in detail during your orientation and training sessions. There separate sessions for riders and shoppers for this matter.
What are other tasks that we intend to do aside from being rider and shopper when we are idle and have nothing to do?
Our company will send you image, video or message that you can easily post on your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tumbler accounts to promote our products and services.
What is our operation time?
Our operation time starts from 8am to 4pm only (8 hours) due to limitations imposed on us by the Government. But if there are orders, we will inform you. Customer orders anytime, so we need to be flexible.
What shall we do while waiting for our requirements to complete?
We have our regular 9am session at Zoom Ondago channel which starts with prayer, devotion, Q&A and ends more or less before 10am.
