Our July 2017 visit accomplishments

• Interview and orient new bookkeeper who's over qualified because she came from a rural bank as a bank manager
• Get application form from Bpi, Metrobank and China Bank Savings for online banking 
• We identified that the management team needs team building to develop teamwork and comradeship 
• We identified that the company's vision, mission needs to sink in to their subconcious mind 
• We identified that we need to develop core values to create a culture 
• Dr Tito agreed to our proposal and initiated to have a team building activity this coming August 26 
• We identified that the management needs additional skillset to fulfill key performance indicators 
• We identified that the management team needs training for the new system that we have implemented 
• The management team needs to be informed of their new key performance indicators and to determine why they need to do it? If not what is the problem? Knowledge, Skillset, motivation or will problem 
• Online: we send email to Dr. Tito to give the profit and loss from Jan-Jun 2017 
• Online: we send email to Dr.Tito to give profit and loss for July 2017 and actual cash in bank for Pnb, Metrobank and Cbs 
• Online: I sent email to Rowell Manza asking for his sales report from April to July but to no avail 
• Offline: I made sales and accounting reconciliation report from Jan-Jun 2017

Plan

• Create a sales and accounting reconciliation report for July 2017 and email to Dr. Tito
• Create a template report for General Manager 
• With the following content: 
• Financial Metrics 
• Revenue 
• COP Cost of Production 
• COS Cost of Sales 
• Gross sales 
• GAE General Administration Expenses 
• ITDA Income before Tax Depreciation and Amortization 
• ITDA 
• Net Income/Loss
